It's always been one of my perso...Thanks Erin! It's always been one of my personal kinks... someone's 'kindness' actually being a humiliation or torture to their intended recipient. In that way, your assumption is correct... that the speaker honestly believes he is being kind to Jessica. <br /><br />I know that not a lot of people share that particular kink, which is another reason I included the monologue style first. I think most people will like that one better. When I did the original rea...I liked both versions! When I did the original read through, I assumed there had been mental changes, not necessarily of the "backseat driver" type mentality. So reading the second one was a little jarring only because my mind had filled in the blanks differently. <br /><br />The second story is good though. I do like how you can then see Jason's thoughts and they act as good counterpoints to the story. It especially changes the ending, in which during my original read through, I assumed the speaker was acting in some sort of benevolent way towards Jessica.
