I DO like challenges! And I LOVE Double Challenges!
As you know, I enjoy taking my writing in new directions from time to time. One of those directions was the idea of the "oblivious" captions, where the 'victim' is completely unaware that they are not just as manly as they were before, that has become on... (question got cut off at this point)
If my first challenge isn't up your alley, then I give you a second one. I challenge you to make a caption involving Stana Katic (Kate Beckett from Castle)!
It seems I have another challenge issued. I believe I knew who sent these, but as they are unsigned I won't divulge that information. But it leads me to believe that the first 'challenge' is to make an 'oblivious' caption. I haven't made one before, but the gist is that the subject isn't aware of their changes, and still look at themselves as a man. Now if I am getting this wrong, and there was some other part of this challenge cut off, please either comment here, send me a PM on the haven, or send another 'question' to me (with the understanding that you can't say much that way!)
I've wanted to try this for awhile, and now I have my chance. Sadly, like the first challenge, I am just not in the capping mood today (probably something about that damn test tomorrow!). But I will pick up this challenge and run with it. And as I don't exactly like something 'easy', I will take BOTH of these challenges. I will make an 'oblivious' challenge involving Stana Katic.
Yay! Love oblivious captions. One of my favorite kinds. I believe you have the idea correct. I don't know who Stana Katic is, but any oblivious caption is just fine in my book.
ReplyDeleteNot sure who she is, but I'm sure you'll do a great job. The challenge wasn't from me by the way, even though it has quotes and "..."s in it LOL Wonder who did post it? Maybe Smitty or Sasha?
ReplyDeleteOblivious ones are definitely fun. Maybe I'll post one of my favorites to my blog (if I haven't already .. I need to keep track of what I've posted!)
Well I finished the cap: http://caitlynsmasks.blogspot.com/2011/03/appreciation.html
