Maids

Maids.  Who's feminization fantasy hasn't involved being a maid at one time or another.  Of course the all important 'French Maid' arch type lures us all in with those frilly uniforms, those lacy aprons, those ever present feather dusters, and of course those overly made up faces and that eager subservient attitude.  But even if it isn't the French Maid of old, just being the sexy female servant of some well off man or woman can get the blood boiling.

If this sounds appealing to you then the Hospitality Department at the D+X Institute just might be your destination.  Hospitality doesn't only cater to maids, although that's probably their biggest draw.  No, they work on all servants positions and even have the specialized 'Sissy Curriculum'.  That's something that's been worked on for quite a while now.  Sissies are of course welcome in any department... I started out as a sissy in the OS department... but so many of the sissies at the Institute seemed to gather in the Hospitality area that they were deemed the perfect place for that subset of classes.  The specialized sissy classes include:

• Etiquette for Sissies
• Dressing and Fashion for Sissies
• Discipline for sissies
• Deportment for sissies

Some other fun 'regular' classes in the Hospitality department include:

• Pet Care
• Dusting
• Greeting Guests
• Dishwashing/Silverpolishing
• Food as an Aphrodisiac
• Babysitting
• Gentleman's/Lady's Maid

Like every other department though, the classes are just the beginning.  The frilly little maids are always running around and helping out at every major event.  A big Thanksgiving dinner?  Maids are there serving the meal.  Christmas Party?  Maids set it up and are walking around with drinks to hand out.  New Years Eve?  You better believe a maid will be there to make the night so very special!  

The maid culture at the Institute even extends into the 'fun' areas.  A new place in the Galeria (the Institute's Mall) is the Maid @ Best cafe.  Everybody's welcome but the entire service there is catered around the maid mystique.  Beyond that, the Maids are probably the closest girls to the Patrons of the Institute. You see the Institute is based around changing men into girls, but why would any place do that without a purpose, and the purpose at the D+X Institute is to sell these new feminine creatures.  With that in mind there's an entire full service Resort at the Institute where these Patrons will stay and of course any resort worth anything will have a big staff of maids to clean and dust and otherwise please their guests.  

Now the Patrons, like almost every position at the Institute, is populated by real people.  Role players playing out the role of a guest of the Institute.  These guests run the gamut from a kind man who is just looking to relax to a a dominant mistress looking to take a day/week/month/year off, to a rich corporate magnate that spends his millions of dollars on buying up weak willed men and then paying the Institute to make them into his sexual playthings.  

Many of the Patrons are alts of other regular players.  Someone who not only wants to play on the 'other side' of the power dynamic, but also wants to help provide role playing opportunities to some of the girls.  Some patrons eventually become staff while others eventually run afoul of the Institute and become a far more permanent guest as a newly transformed girl.  But much like the girls are rewarded with levels for continued playing, the Patrons are rewarded with 'levels' of their own.  They can become a Sapphire/Select level, a Ruby/Preferred, or even a Diamond/Elite level Patron.  This just helps people recognize how active and participating certain Patrons are and encourages them to play more and earn more benefits.  

With all the Patrons in all their guest suites there's always a need for a maid and that simply gives the girls of the Hospitality department an extra level to their role playing.  And of course one of the long lasting jobs for the maids of Hospitality is serving as the personal maid to one of the staff members or executive staff.  My boyfriend and I are even currently trying out a maid for our home!
